The ultimate option for adults and complex cases. It’s the most versatile and powerful treatment in the range. It’s designed to correct severe malocclusions, where we not only aim to align teeth, but also address functional bite problems (crossbite, open bite, overbite) and severe crowding.

How does it work? There is no limit to the number of aligners. It includes all the necessary phases to achieve aesthetic and functional perfection.

Ideal for: Patients who have never worn braces and need comprehensive correction of the entire mouth, including the back molars.

Average duration: Between 12 and 18 months (although it varies depending on the case).
Invisalign Lite / Express
Quick and purely aesthetic corrections. Designed for simple cases where the goal is to improve the smile in the “aesthetic front” (the six front teeth from canine to canine). It is the preferred option for correcting minor crowding, slight gaps (diastemas), or slightly rotated teeth.

The ideal patient: It is very common in adults who wore braces when they were young but, by not using retainers, some teeth have moved over the years (relapse).

Advantage: These are very short treatments (3 to 6 months) and have a lower cost as they require fewer aligners (up to 14 stages).
Invisalign Teen
Smart orthodontics for teenagers. Adolescence is a time of change and constant activity. Invisalign Teen has the same capabilities as the adult treatment, but incorporates special features adapted to developing mouths:

Compliance indicators: The aligners have a small blue dot (Blue Dot) that fades with use. This allows parents and the doctor to know if the teenager is wearing the aligners for the required number of hours.

Eruption compensation: If the teenager still has permanent molars or canines to erupt, the aligner leaves the necessary space for them to erupt without problems.

Extra security: Includes free replacement aligners in case they lose one (something common at this age).
Invisalign First (Kids)
Trauma-free Interceptive Orthodontics. Previously, uncomfortable metal expanders were used to correct bone problems in children (narrow palate, small jaw). Invisalign First has revolutionized this.

Objective: This procedure is applied during “Phase 1” (mixed dentition, when both primary and permanent teeth are present). It allows for widening of the palate and guides jaw growth while aligning the erupting incisors.

Advantages: It is much more comfortable than traditional expansion appliances, does not affect speech, allows for perfect hygiene (it is removed for brushing) and avoids serious problems in adolescence, greatly simplifying future orthodontics.
Does it really work the same as braces?
Yes. Technology has evolved so much that today we can treat almost any malocclusion (open bite, crossbite, crowding, etc.) with the same or greater effectiveness than with braces. The key lies in the digital treatment plan created by the dentist.
What are the "attachments"?
They are small composite reliefs (the color of your tooth) that we place on some teeth. They serve as “grip points” so that the aligner can force and rotate the tooth. They are very small and barely noticeable, but they are critical to the success of the movement.
Does it affect the way I speak?
You may notice a slight lisp when you pronounce the “s” for the first 2 days, as your tongue needs to get used to the new thickness. It is something totally transitory that disappears in 48 hours. Nobody will notice anything strange.
Can I eat and drink with them on?
No. You must remove them to eat anything and to drink hot or sugary beverages (coffee or wine can stain them, and heat can warp them). You can only drink cold water with them in. This is a great advantage: it keeps your aligners clean and clear!
How long does the treatment last?
It depends on the complexity of your case. A “Lite” case can last 4 months, while a full case usually ranges from 12 to 18 months. The good thing is that, thanks to the scanner, you will know the estimated duration before you start.
Will I have to wear retainers when I'm done?
