It usually affects incisors and canines (fangs) that have a single root and duct.

Although anatomically simpler, they require extreme precision in access to prevent the filling material from staining the tooth, ensuring that the aesthetics of your smile remain intact.

This procedure is performed on premolars and molars, which can have two, three, or even four roots with complex curvatures. Here, the microscope is essential: it allows us to locate accessory canals (such as the famous “fourth canal” or MB2) that are invisible to the naked eye and the main cause of failure in conventional treatments.
